📷 As I walked towards the supermarket entrance today, I stopped to talk with ________, the florist, leaving work for the weekend.
"What'd you get in today?"
"I just finished putting out grab-and-go bouquets."
Apparently, weekends are prime time for these: "A lotta men buy them on their way home."
________ had set out a few dozen big, fresh-cut $20 bouquets in buckets of water around her shop.

📷 There were a couple cars ahead of me in line to use the FREE AIR machine at QT. I spotted Maggie hopping out the car in front of me, followed by Dad.
"Hey! Mind if I get a picture of your dog for my blog?"
Maggie, Dad and Mom were on the way home to Atlanta from just outside Richmond.
She's a rescue and very protective, Dad cautioned.
Maggie was skeptical at first (here), but after a couple minutes of sweet talk, she gave me a tiny lick on the knuckles when I held out my hand for a sniff. ❤️
