"Who needs labels anyway?" sounds progressive, but isn't.
A 'label' can give people language for their experiences, a basis for organising, and access to a community.
The interesting question - I think - isn't whether we have categories or not (we do. Ask any librarian or linguist).
It's who gets to make and use the categories... and for what purpose.
