Concerned 911 callers in Hutto were told not to worry about a guy dangling from a helicopter near electrical lines: he works for the power company. A passenger captured video from her airline flight of a SpaceX rocket exploding into a fireball after its launch from the Gulf Coast near Brownsville. Elon Musk called it a "minor setback."
