Rejecting responsibility and accountability is to some degree a widespread behavior that's to some extent even encouraged in our society.
It's still, especially above a certain threshold, a really big red flag for narcissism.
Regardless of whether you could consider someone engaging in it a narcissist, it's toxic behavior.
