Recently, I’ve had this recurring dream where I’m having a lunch time stroll with people from work and we are all dressed up in fancy lemming costumes. While we’re walking along a mountain top, I suddenly realise we are way too close to the cliff edge, so I scream out but everyone ignores me and they continue arguing about who they think is the best looking lemming. Just as they start falling off the cliff, I wake up, relieved by my conviction that dreams aren’t real.

The book is divided up into easy read chapters the cover things like what is sleep, insomnia, how do we dream, what are common themes, when are bad dreams nightmares, various approaches to mitigate nightmares, and lucid dreaming.

She was just an ordinary person which meant that, if she were going to work toward her dreams, she wouldn't start out with a multi-million dollar "loan" from dad.
She'd have to work, and persist, experience frustration and disappointment, fall down, and get up again. But it would also mean that she would deserve every bit of her success.

My husband woke up this morning and instantly began laughing so hard that he had tears in his eyes. I was like "What on earth?"
Once he had calmed down enough, he told me that he had a dream where he had to pitch to some TV executives the idea of a new police/detective procedural with a twist.
The show would center around a particular cop with the nickname "The Tuner". First half of the show is tracking down the bad guy. Next half is the interrogation.
The Tuner is a great cop, but where he really shines is in the interrogation room.
His method? He pulls out a guitar and starts to tune it, asking the perp "Does this sound right?" whilst continuously making sure that it never sounds right and is always slightly off tune.
He does this untill the perp cant stand it anymore, cracks and confesses to the crime.
Once my husband told me this I also started laughing and the idea of it has been making me burst out in fits of giggles all morning.
