Before #RTO mandates are back again on the table for the 5th consecutive year, thought I’d share this blog post I wrote last week to remind people how #DistanceWorking first came together about a whopping 64 years ago 😳 with a clear need:

Whether doing #Telework, #RemoteWork or #DistributedWork, it’s always been about #caring for others (i.e. offspring, elderly parents, people with disabilities, etc.) 🤯.

Eventually, all about #empathy.
