美国大选前的最后一个月到了。惯例上，总统选举是每位政客的告别演出，落选者几乎不会再参加这样的活动。特朗普是个例外，但也不完全是，毕竟他曾当选，所以他在上次大选中的失败没有明确排除他再次参选的可能性。但显然是依然是最后一次。
一般来说，每个政客都会把这次选举当作“最后一次”，因此当然会向所有人保证，这次选举“具有划时代的意义，是至关重要的”。但这些话跟“民主”本身没有关系，真正的民主不取决于政客。
微妙之处在于，随着每一次新的迭代，选举对国家来说确实变得越来越重要。各州的发展陷入了僵局(https://t.me/iyouport/14012)，两种发展理念在原则上是不相容的，但它们迟早要在一场真正的战斗中对决，以武力决定谁将成为山头之王。
换句话说国内冲突几乎注定，唯一的问题是时间、激烈程度和形式。
严格说，冲突的激烈程度在很大程度上取决于两个参数。如果冲突被推迟，未来冲突的潜在能量只会在更快速的积蓄中增加，因此其激烈程度也会增长。第二点是形式。很可能不会出现第一次内战时的那种阵线。可能的模式包括，在某一两个最不景气的州形成一个泻湖，所有的激情元素都将倾泻在这里，冲突将在这里决定“国家未来”两个基本项目的命运。当然，这并不排除在泻湖之外的地方性争斗，但一切都将主要在那里发生。
很显然，在冲突期间，其他各国将削弱其在世界舞台上的存在，而在此期间，世界政治的所有败类都会从地缝里涌出来。没有人会为此感到高兴。
总的来说美国大选的选项是三种，除了其中某位候选人获胜之外还包括第三种，即否则这一胜利，并因此引发冲突。如果局势比较稳定，那还好说。但现在局势已不再稳定，因此今天出现第三种情况的可能性并非为零。
但别忘了，与此同时一切照旧的可能性依然很高。也许事情会朝着这个方向发展。总之美国人的自治传统和精神超过很多国家，很多人民并不真的关心谁上台，这部分才是真正的“灯塔”价值所在。
