#Thursday #Daylily du jour once more, with a rerun of one of the newest 3 (apparently I missed a different one yesterday, darn it, it's very short.)

Probably the final #DaylilyDuJour of 2026, as the deer have pretty much had their way with any other blooms.

This is the last of 3 new ones we found in a small local nursery, "Chicago Apache" a deep, beautiful red.

So happy to see it at last.

Have seen 20 this year of the more than 40 we have planted, so we've lost some, and the deer have eaten others. I will have to find another hobby.
