So Alien: Romulus came out, and it's AMAZING; they actually made a good Alien film again!

But I feel compelled to put out a content warning that this film will SEVERELY trigger any kind of phobia or trauma pertaining to being pregnant or giving birth, and if you have any of those, you should not watch this film.

If you really want to anyway, then the moment to start shutting out the film is the *moment* that she starts showing. Have someone beside you who can tell you when it's over.

I'm very conscious about this sort of thing because my best friend and sibling is severely tokophobic, so while the scene is one of the most effective pieces of horror I've ever seen, I know it will destroy you if you aren't capable of withstanding that kind of thing. Forewarned is forearmed.
