Pippin story #13. She is very missed.

Age 15

Like many cats, Pippin had an internal wristwatch that alerted her to all the important events of the day - eating, me coming home, snacks, treats, and bedtime treats.

She was patient, rarely ever voicing her opinions while we slept. She never walked on my face, had zoomies on the stairs, or caterwauled while hovering over her food plate.

No, she was all about restraint. 😂

good saturday to you

today here has thus far involved an emergency kitten grooming session (featuring tummy trim) as he's been getting dangerously hot. he's currently significantly lighter of floof and on his new cooling mat.

this is what came off *after* husband compressed it. the original pile was substantial. i might leave it where it is for a few days to see if it shows signs of sentience.
