I'm a #GenX techie who's lived in #Boston since the late 80's.
My 15 minutes of fame were being fired by #DOGE from #USDS early in 2025 and sounding the alarm in every media outlet that'd listen since nobody else was doing it. I'm not a fan of limelight, so I stopped when others took up the baton.
My politics are aggressively progressive and antifascist, and I post about them a lot.

Weather today is just absolute amazing so I stopped working at 4pm and went out for a ride! 27 miles with weighted average power at 179 watts - not too bad considering I was beating myself up on the trainer last weekend!

It feels awesome and looks awesome. The Enve inner drive free hub is loud, and I swapped the 60 teeth ratchet to 90 teeth, which makes higher pitch noise. I still need to get used to it, but good thing is that runners and pedestrians can hear me approaching 🤪 if they're not wearing headphones...
