“Vitruvian Man” by Leonardo da Vinci

This famous pen and ink drawing, created around 1490, shows a male figure in two superimposed positions, with his arms and legs apart, inscribed in both a circle and a square. It illustrates ideal human body proportions, based on the writings of the ancient Roman architect Vitruvius.

Everyone: Please please please don't write your books in Google Docs. Frankly don't use Google Drive for personal stuff. Their terms of service say they take down stuff like content related to terrorism and trafficking, but this Google Sheet was literally a list of movies I'd watched this year and books I'd read.

Holy smokes, guys. It's way worse than | thought. Google actually took away access to every single file of fiction writing I'd made on that account. BUT |
backed it all up on Scrivener yesterday by coincidence. So | haven't lost my work, but I could have just lost the 12,000 words I've written this month after a year of really intense writer's block. I honestly don't know what that would have done to
my psyche. Please be careful out there, folks! <3

Oh heyy~ it's disability pride month✨👀

Hi, I'm a freelance illustrator who's also born deaf. I was fully raised in the hearing world w/o sign language. I use 2 cochlear implants. With them, I'm hard of hearing and still face barriers in everyday life.

As an illustrator I'm privileged to be able to do this job from home, almost all communication via email & minimal reliance on spoken language. I've always loved drawing so this was always my dream profession.
