The cat is standing in blue water, wearing brown dungarees and a woolly hat and grinning cheerfully. It is holding a fishing rod in one hand and a hook in the other. The artist's signature "Roo" is written in a speech bubble above it. It seems to be a good place for anglers, the way this cat is grinning.
