Nothing's as it seems when a charismatic conman and an aspiring film crew delve into the lives of two emotionally scarred women.

The story centers on the daily life of college dorm roommates Yumi Irisu and Ruka Kujirai. Ruka, the older of the two, is constantly penniless despite her being active in a band. Irisu works part-time at a second-hand bookstore.
