弥次郎兵卫（长濑智也 饰）和喜多八（中村七之助 饰）是一对同性恋人，每日过着优哉游哉的腐败生活。喜多沉溺毒品无法自拔，令深爱他的弥次焦急不已。他带着爱人一同前往伊势神宫参拜，希望借助神明的力量让喜多摆脱毒品的泥潭。两个有些不太着调的家伙启程，一路上接二连三遇到许多的怪人怪事……
