After a failed robbery, Rich and his accomplice Grant find themselves hunted by the police. Wounded and desperate, Rich seeks refuge with his accomplice with Martin, an elderly retired doctor who unexpectedly offers to help them. However, once they arrive at Martin's isolated house, the two are drugged and wake up chained in a hidden laboratory, along with other victims. Martin hides a dark plan: hoping to be reunited with his future wife, he tortures his captives to study near-death experiences. As Rich and Grant desperately try to escape, the situation becomes increasingly disturbing, challenging the line between life and death.
