The second of three V-Cinema sequels.

A middle-aged man discovers an injured refugee woman trembling in the corner of his bar in Kabukicho. He quickly becomes aware that her life is in his hands when he learns she is hiding from the yakuza.

Mikage, a young woman who loses her parents when young. She grows up in a lonely household with her grandmother who dies when Mikage reaches adulthood. Grief-stricken, she finds solace in the kitchen.

Yuji, a former assassin who once left the life behind, accepts a contract from a man tied to him through a master–disciple bond to assassinate the boss of a rival organization—only to find an unexpected trap waiting for him.
