对于《哪吒3》的计划，导演饺子表示：“我们从事动画事业是一辈子的事，而不是为了赚快钱。所以《哪吒3》不会为了赶时间而降低质量。”他坦言，自己从未给作品设定严格的时间节点，“重要的是把故事讲好，把画面做到极致。”
