Two brothers, one wrongly accused of a crime, go on a mission of vengeance to find the men who framed him.

Old school action takes center stage as two scoundrels get in and out of trouble using kung fu. Yuen's action is not yet stylized but the pacing and intensity are there, setting the stage for his future masterpieces.

The plot concentrates around John (Bruce Ly), a policeman who reforms violent police officers by teaching them martial arts, and a trigger happy cop, Houston, played by Majors. Predictably enough, the two are paired together and they set out to find the person responsible for selling cyanide laced cocaine.

Crazy Sword, Blind Fist and Queer Strikes are three kung fu fanatics who team up with Mung, the debonair master in white. Together the four real friends smash a massive kung fu gang led by Moose Face, Tsai Hung. Once smashed the girls are freed from vice and valuables returned to their rightful owners. A young police cadet graduates from the academy, and is sent to a small town run by gangsters - one of whom betrayed the hero's father and left him to die.

The Japanese karate master Muhashi spent some time in Hong Kong studying various Shaolin martial arts styles. Soon the narcotics brigade calls in his help to combat a powerful drug and prostitution syndicate.

Powerful mobster Leung, protected by the dangerous Huan Fai, sells 200 Japanese weapons and ammo to a Chinese gang. He uses smuggler Luy Fu to bring the weapons but small-time thief Kim and his gang heist the shipment and dump the cargo into the sea. Meanwhile, Kim befriends Fan Ming, an undercover police office from Shanghai investigating Leung's crimes.

If the Three Stooges had been Chinese, with one a woman, this could very well have been one of their movies. Veteran director Lu Chun-ku leads handsome Liu Yung, pretty Liang Yun-hsin, and “Thundering Mantis,” Liang Chia-jen on a madcap mixup filled with cons, double crosses, and triple plots. Add “Dirty Ho” himself, Wang Yu, to the proceedings, and you’ve got a winner for any fans of action or comedy.
