A career criminal, Ah Sang, engineers a bank robbery to be carried out by a gang of recruited hoodlums led by himself. It takes only three minutes to complete the robbery of seven million dollars. A special police unit is then formed to investigate the case, and the chief inspector suspects Sang, and begins keeping him under surveillance. In order to stay undetected, each member is specifically ordered to not spend their share of the one million HKD from the heist for six months.

Action film starring John Cheung as a traveler to Thailand who gets embroiled in a secret exchange of film. Along with a detective (Dorian Tan), he is eventually confronted by the thugs and dispatches them in various ways before heading back to Hong Kong. While in Thailand, his girlfriend (Sibelle Hu) is murdered and he picks up a new girl before leaving.

Cheng uses her position as a B-girl to go after the losers who raped her, She soon learns from a sleazy doctor that she has contracted a dark V.D. called Viet-Nam Rose. Crushed, she begs Lo Lieh to teach her kung-fu. At first he refuses until he learns her secret. Furious, Lo Lieh teaches her his deadly fight techniques (such as a groin crunching blow).
