Junior high school student Miaka lives a normal life in Tokyo until she finds a mysterious book in the library, and she and her friend Yui are transported the Universe of the Four Gods. Upon arriving in this new universe, the girls are immediately attacked by would-be slavers and saved by a dashing young man. When Miaka isn't looking, both Tamahome and Yui vanish. Unbeknownst to Miaka, Yui has been sucked back into the real world. Back in the library, all she can do is read on as Miaka sets out for the city to find the mysterious young boy and save her friend. But what awaits for Miaka isn't what either of the girls expect—and now Miaka's only way back to her world is to become the Priestess of Suzaku and save their world.

Fuyuki City - a city surrounded by the sea and mountains becomes the setting for an ancient ritual. Seven masters are given control of heroic spirits in order to realize the mythical Holy Grail, which is said to grant its owner any wish. These heroic spirits or servants represent legendary heroes of various classes: "Saber," "Lancer," "Archer," "Rider," "Caster," "Assassin," and "Berserker." Each master will enter into a contract with their chosen servant and battle the others to the death until only one pair remains... This is the "Holy Grail War."

Shirou Emiya finds himself an unwilling participant in a deadly competition where seven Mages summon heroic spirits as servants to duel each other to the death. On her first date with the cutest boy in school, Ichigo is zapped by a mysterious ray that scrambles her DNA with that of the endangered Iriomote wildcat. The next day, Ichigo discovers that she has developed the agility (and occasionally the ears and tail) of a cat, as well as the power to transform into a pink-haired superheroine, Mew Ichigo. She and four other girls, each endowed with the genes of a different "Red Data" animal, have been selected for the top-secret Mew Project, which aims to protect the Earth from an alien menace known as Deep Blue.

出生在通灵世家的麻仓叶（佐藤佑子 配音），从小就被爷爷教导成为了一名通灵人。通灵人，即可以和神、精灵乃至往生者自由沟通，且借由这些神灵的能力来治疗或是破坏。这种能力被很多人所渴望拥有。从爷爷那，叶得知如果能从通灵王大赛中脱颖而出并胜出，即能得到精灵王，从而实现自己的任何愿望。一直信奉“船到桥头自然直”的叶也立下了志愿，朝着通灵王之路前进。

With high school graduation right around the corner, Takumi Fujiwara has a lot on his mind and a lot to prepare for. Everything becomes even more complicated when Takumi is offered a spot on Ryosuke Takahashi's elite Kengai Racing Team, which seeks to assemble the greatest racers in the Gunma area for a tour of Japan's mountain passes. 高三生高桥美咲（樱井孝宏 配音）被哥哥介绍来到了补习老师家，发现他居然是大名鼎鼎的小说家宇佐见秋彦（花田光 配音），外表华丽性格却恶劣有可怕的起床气，还会写些以哥哥为主角的耽美小说。美咲对秋彦的第一印象可谓糟糕透顶。但在补习之中，随着美咲对秋彦认识的加深，看到了秋彦对哥哥的痴心，爱操心烂好人的美咲渐渐对秋彦产生了感情……
大学老师上条弘树（伊藤健太郎 配音）单恋着青梅竹马的伙伴秋彦，但最终宣告破裂。偶然机会下，遇到年下的男学生草间野分（神奈延年 配音），弘树答应做野分的家庭老师。二人在加深的交往中，逐步了解和相互吸引。但弘树能否忘记秋彦，投入到这段感情中呢？
弘树的同事宫城庸（井上和彦 配音）和自己上司的女儿离婚了，却被从美国归来的前妻的弟弟强势告白。起先觉得麻烦的庸也在高槻忍（岸尾大辅 配音）不屈不挠的攻势下，被渐渐打动，一方面觉得这样为他拼命的忍很可爱，另一方面却仍纠结于自己的初恋。二人最终能否走在一起呢？
