A formidable assassin is charged by a warden to infiltrate a women's prison to kill the one that took his eye with a knife carved from a spoon: a woman known within the prison walls as The Scorpion.

Two female university students open a detective agency and use their feminine charms to find a missing girl for a client. But they soon get in over their heads as the trail leads them to the seedy underworld of massage parlors and criminal gangs.
