Solid criticism upon corporate culture, wrapped in lighthearted comedy

Watched Nine to Five in honor of Dolly Parton, who sadly passed away at the age of 80 last week. I liked the film. Underneath the top layer of lighthearted 1980s comedy, there’s some solid criticism upon corporate injustice and inequality.
