Sully is a well-crafted narrative of the true events surrounding an extraordinary emergency plane landing on the Hudson River. The films directed by Clint Eastwood often share a certain level of patriotic heroism, but Sully feels like a fairly modest, reasonably factual report of what happened with the flight crew, the 155 passengers, the rescue workers and the investigators. An interesting watch.
