The One I Love deserves praise for its originality. I won't go into details, because mentioning the core concept would already be a spoiler, in my humble opinion. The One I Love is best viewed with no prior knowledge what the film is about. This is the second Mark Duplass film I've seen in a week, the other one being Blue Jay, which I also enjoyed. The One I Love brilliantly reflects the regret you sometimes feel that you and your partner are no longer the persons you used to be.
