The Fundamentals of Caring (2016)

The Fundamentals of Caring follows the general rules of a feelgood movie, but that's ok, it works. Paul Rudd is disarming as usual. It feels like he's not playing a role, but like he's being himself, which I guess is one of the best compliments an actor can get. The film made me laugh out loud a few times, but some of the humorous scenes felt a bit contrived, and it was a bit too obvious that the film was sponsored by these Slim Jim meat sticks. Anyway, I enjoyed the film.
