Criminal was exactly what I expected. Mindless entertainment filled with cliches, such as an intelligence agency that is able to track anyone by being miraculously connected to just about every surveillance camera in the world. The majority of my three-star rating goes to Kevin Costner. I enjoyed his character, and think he's a great actor who can even light up a piece of mediocrity like this film.
