Everest (2015)Everest feels like a Discovery Channel documentary, but with better actors. The scenery is beautiful, but I expected more spectacular scenes, more vertigo, more edge-of-your-seat moments. There were also too many characters, too many names to remember, and it was hard to distinguish the characters while they were wearing snow glasses, beards and hoods. If you like the subject matter, I can recommend an impressive documentary called Touching the Void. It's an incredible true story about the limits of human perseverance: letterboxd.com/sevensheaven/film/touching-the-void/
