a review of 惩罚者

I started watching The Punisher with low expectations, expecting just another third-rate action flick to kill my time. At the start my expectations seemed correct, but it soon became clear that this movie doesn't take itself seriously, and its caricatural macho satire made me laugh out loud multiple times. If you like this movie — as I did — I can recommend a similar wink to macho action films: The Guest. Read my short review of it here: http://letterboxd.com/sevensheaven/film/the-guest-2014/
