After rewatching Werner Herzog Eats His Shoe i thought i'd better finally watch this and wow. this is a piece of art. the way we meander through the interviews that don't stick to the subject and feel very organic in a way, and then they are curated together like this. no voiceover, nobody telling the viewer what to think specifically. i was absolutely hooked when we got to the old lady in the middle who just started going off about what a deadbeat her grandson was. Filmmaking.
