a review of 夺命凶灵

i told myself i wasn't going to watch any more body horror movies while i recover from surgery (watched In The Mouth of Madness before an important appointment last week) but then i saw how much David Cronenberg is on Kanopy. I spent most of this thinking about how ugly Montreal is. I knew it was filmed there immediately. what kind of shopping mall looks like that? (sorry MTL) Patrick Mcgoohan chews the scenery to make up for the flat acting of the lead, Stephen Lack, who appears to only be in this one movie. the practical effects are great but the real horror is being inexplicably attracted to Michael Ironside
