a review of 岁月的童话

this movie to me seems to depict what cptsd feels like. she even says 'all these memories playing in my head like a movie, sometimes overwhelming me'  and at least one where she's telling a 'funny story' and then the other person looks horrified it has struck me every time i've seen it. might not be intended at all but i can relate to it very much. i watched it this time because i've really been struggling with my cptsd and needed a good cry edited to add that i was a total mess at the end of this, absolutely weeping, and the neighbour started knocking on the door insistently (wanted to ask how the heat works)
