Eugh, the main character is just awful and has the charisma of an angry wasp in a gas station garbage can, and it has one of my least favourite tropes that is present in a lot of movies of this era, the empowered feminist who gets taught a lesson and just needed a man(THIS GUY? Are you sure, movie?) The "cave people" are in brownface, which is bad enough in old stuff but as late as 1977, yikes. The audacity of using the Godzilla roar for the dinosaurs. Theme song is good. That's about it.
