Nosferatu the Vampyre - Review

Wow, that was something unlike any other monster movie I've seen. The two big name actors Kinski and Adjani did some fantastic work not just with their lines but through gesture, the camera work was quite interesting, and the rats were compelling to see even though it's sad to know how they were mistreated. It's a completely different cinematic take on Dracula from anything else in the last fifty years, I would say. What the takeaway message is, I'm not certain, and I can't tell if Werner Herzog had something specific in mind for this either.
