Fascinating (for us fans) documentary on the history & development of Hong Kong martial arts & action films, featuring interviews with the people who make the magic happen. And lots of great clips from movies! (Which I have put into a collection here:

Essentially playing an extension of himself, action-star Wang-Yu spends much of the time defending himself against evil martial-arts masters. He also tries to make sense of a tragic incident in his past.
