Overwatch is a free-to-play first-person hero shooter developed by Blizzard Entertainment. Players choose from a large roster of role-based heroes and compete in 5v5 team matches across various objective-based game modes, with both casual and ranked competitive play. World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, often referred to as WotLK, or Wrath, is the second expansion set for the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) World of Warcraft, following The Burning Crusade. Heroes of the Storm is a multiplayer online battle arena video game by Blizzard Entertainment. The game brings together characters (known in the game as heroes) from multiple Blizzard universes, such as Warcraft and StarCraft and puts them against each other in an arena in a 5 versus 5 battle. Heroes of the Storm features multiple game modes, such as co-op (PCs vs. NPCs) and versus (PCs vs. PCs).

In an environment called The Nexus with eternal fights, heroes from famous Blizzard franchises such as World of Warcraft, StarCraft, Diablo and Lost Vikings are grouped per franchise and role to battle for control of the battleground.
