Isekai Izakaya "Nobu" (The Witch and the Archbishop)

In the heart of Kyoto, former top-chef Yazawa Nobuyuki and his partner Senke Shinobu run Nobu, a unique bar mysteriously connected to Aiteria, a parallel medieval European universe. Their establishment has become popular, attracting patrons from across this alternate world with its delicious food and renowned Toriaezu Nama beer. When Ingrid, a witch-like woman with a love for alcohol and sweets, arrives at Nobu, she quickly becomes the center of attention and rumors. Archbishop Rodrigo learns of her presence and moves to apprehend her and her associates. Nobuyuki and Shinobu, who have previously narrowly escaped legal troubles, now face a challenging decision: protect Ingrid or risk another confrontation with powerful officials.
