This image of Yosemite Valley was taken in early spring so Bridal Veil Falls was flowing at capacity in the lower part of the image. El Capitan is placed in the foreground, Clouds Rest is center left of El Capitan and Half Dome tucked behind Glacier Point in the center right of the image. To the right we have The Cathedral Rocks and Bridalveil Falls to the right of the image.

Yosemite Valley Panoramic

You’re looking at a wide, sweeping panoramic view of Yosemite Valley, seen from high above at the famous Tunnel View overlook. Imagine standing at the edge of a vast natural amphitheater. In the foreground to the left, a massive vertical wall of rock—El Capitan—rises like a sheer stone fortress. Across the valley to the right, a cluster of rugged peaks called the Three Brothers frames a tall, narrow waterfall—Bridalveil Fall—pouring straight down in a bright white ribbon.

The valley floor stretches between these giants, covered in deep green forest. Farther back in the scene, centered between the cliffs, you can sense the rounded, distant shape of Half Dome tucked behind other ridges, softened by early spring haze. The sky above is mostly cloudy, giving the whole landscape a crisp, cool feeling, as if the air is fresh and clean.

The overall impression is one of immense scale, calm strength, and natural grandeur.

Yosemite Valley Panoramic

This is a panoramic image of Yosemite Valley. I created this by taking a series of images from the Tunnel View parking lot and stitched them together.
This was taken in early spring so Bridal Veil Falls was flowing at capacity in the lower part of the image. This image captures most of the major formations in Yosemite Valley.

This is a panoramic image of Yosemite Valley in Yosemite National Park. Yosemite National Park is one of the most visited National Parks in the US.
The foreground of the image is the tree filled valley. From the Tunnel View parking lot you are looking down at the trees and the valleyt.
Framing the left side of the image is the iconic El Capitan.
Deep and left center in the image is Clouds Rest and Half Dome.
The right side of the image is framed by Bridalveil Falls. The falls are running hard as this was captured in late winter and a few storms had just passed.
