A collage made out of four work in progress stages of my acrylic painting, from pencil sketch to finished painting. Robin in the green is an acrylic painting in contemporary square format hand-painted by the artist Karen Kaspar. A European Robin sits on a branch and looks to the left. The background is abstractly painted in different shades of light green. The orange-red breast feathers of the songbird stand out against the green.
The robin is a welcome visitor to my garden and always inspires me to create new paintings.

A visual test for font, the character (a cute dragonish warrior with pink hair) says: Thank you For your feedback on
my previous post. I forked 'Patrick Hand' and used it to customize my own font called deevadhand.
It should be easily readable.
Except if I mumble in a 14px size font, or worst in a 12px size font, hi hi.
Then, the page list specifications of both fonts, with an alphabet.

A set of pixel art icons of classic desktop icons and their mimic-possessed variants. The first set is the Win-Rar icon and next to it is the mimic version of it, with a ripped strap and monstrous teeth hidden beneath two indexes. Right below it is the classic Empty and Filled Folder Icon, and the mimic variant plays with the folder flap, bearing teeth and a tongue to resemble a mimic mouth. Below that is the notepad icon and its mimic variant, with one of the pages bearing the mimic’s teeth. Below that is the VLC media player icon, and the mimic variant, with one of its stripes serving as a secret compartment, that may pop open revealing a set of sharp teeth. #art #history: every 28th october, i use elsa lanchester (born #otd in 1902) as an excuse to pay homage to mary wollstonecraft shelley's masterpiece, 'frankenstein'. mind you, elsa was pretty cool, herself. difficult not to be when you're the daughter of a suffragette who was also secretary to eleanor marx.
i've got more to say about elsa in the response posts below, so read or ignore as you wish.

Im going to start taking sketch commissions for only $15 + $5 for extra characters :3 i wanna try this out because i can draw sketches fast.

Sketches will be cleaner than this doodle, I’m just very proud of it for what it is. Im stronger in my sketches.

I have 3 commissions I’m trying to finish at once rn so i can finish a chuck of my owed, these are for extra mons.

These will Always be open till further notice and draw anything besides scat btw!

I’m working on more moss embroideries right now, and also writing an article that will be published in Spring 2026 (I’ll share it then!).

Since I get easily burnt out doing the same thing over and over, I’m thinking about adding some variety. Maybe a tapestry, painting, stamp-making, or something else entirely. I might be headed towards making a sort of 'bonbon shop of art' instead of fully focusing on embroidery. Just creating small things that make life better.

I started a new project titled 'Starwitch'.

It's about three sisters that launched themselves into space with magic. The novel has been named for the ship itself. The setting will be primarily fantasy, though with some minor scientific elements, mostly in the form of mathematics and orbital dynamics.

I intend to publish as an episodic web series, then as a novel, so keep an eye out for details.

1. Everything that should happen already happened.
2. We are living in a "Block Multiverse".
3. There is no past, present, and future; there is only ***now***, it all exists simultaneously.
4. Now is relative.
5. Spacetime is inseparable.
6. Spacetime is relative.
7. Relative now + relative spacetime = our local relative reality.

In other words, the relative now and relative spacetime of 8 billion Earthlings defines Earth's local relative reality. It becomes our collective (quantum) observation.
