Update on #Utah's court case against the #utgop's gerrymandering.
@sltrib had an article today announcing the judgement will be released Monday, August 25.

Hey, #Utahns #utpol #utleg #SaltLake #SaltLakeCity read this article with a lot of quotes by Clark Aposhian about how our #OpenCarry #ConstitutionalCarry #Unlicened #GunLaws mean you can walk around with guns in public, in crowds, at protests and not be consideted to be breaking any laws, maybe even after you shoot someone.
https://www.sltrib.com/news/2025/06/19/can-you-carry-gun-public-utah/
Then, consider, who is Clark Aposhian? How many guns does he own? Has he ever done anything that could be charged as #DomesticViolence that could result in his losing his ability to own guns? Did prosecutors chicken out and plead him down because they were afraid of a massive shootout when they tried to seize those guns? Should we maybe not give guys that behave like him so much say in who gets to behave how with what deadly weapons?
