皇家莎士比亚剧团RSC本季剧目，英国当代作家哈尼夫·库雷西（Hanif Kureishi）同名小说改编的《郊区佛爷》（The Buddha of Suburbia）和莎士比亚经典复排《仲夏夜之梦》将转巴比肯艺术中心。这版《郊区佛爷》由女导演艾玛·瑞斯（Emma Rice）改编，再现了生长在伦敦的混血少年所经历的身份复杂性和多元文化冲击，10月22日起连演4周；新版《仲夏夜之梦》则由Eleanor Rhode执导，Mathew Baynton和Nicholas Armfield等主演，从12月3日起，把观众从初冬带到最神奇的仲夏夜。
