Yep, sure looking like the shooting at the #SLC #Utah #NoKings march was a self-anointed "good guy with a gun" shooting at another self-anointed "good guy with a gun" and killing an innocent person in the process.

More guns do not make us safer.
Remember: there are no accidental shootings.
Back in SLC and needed to find some indoor activities before medical appointments. Many museums are closed on Mondays. So we went to a fine art antique gallery... The collection is spectacular. Apparently the building used to be a church. Due to the sheer volume, it was rather overwhelming. Also the price tags... The place is called Anthony's Fine Art.

Today was another interesting day in SLC. Appointments at Huntsman, lots of art appreciation in their corridors while we wait for the next. Then off to do some touristy things; first was Cathedral of the Madeleine. Being atheists, we were a bit worried that we might burst into flames upon entering. We didn't. Phewy. I really don't remember when was the last time we walked into a church. Thanks @TywyllSeren for the suggestions! #SLC 1/🧵
#SLC has gotten big enough that many festivals now exist in two forms: the big one and the good one. Eg. Beerfest and its better sibling collabfest. Or Utah Pride and the better SLC Pride
