<p>We stand in full solidarity with countries battling wildfires.</p><p>In the past week, Spain, Greece, Bulgaria, Montenegro and Albania activated the <a href="/tags/eucivilprotection/" rel="tag">#EUCivilProtection</a> Mechanism.</p><p>Spain did so for the first time ever for forest fires, mobilising 2 <a href="/tags/resceu/" rel="tag">#rescEU</a> planes stationed in France.</p><p>🚒🚁Prepositioned firefighters and aerial assets from multiple EU countries are helping contain the flames across Europe.</p><p>From ground crews to aerial support, we are protecting Europe, together.</p><p>👉🏾 <a href="https://europa.eu/!wgXyvV" rel="nofollow"><span class="invisible">https://</span>europa.eu/!wgXyvV</a></p>
