Blurry, with harsh contrast, faded pinks, and oversaturated greens and yellows.

I swing between feeling meh and really hating this camera. I would like it better if it was more lomo or had softer, retro pastels and primaries like older generation Polaroids. But this tends to develop on the side of garish.

Welll... only six more shots to go before the camera gets stashed away on a shelf in the closet.

Iceland is like no other place I have been. Not sure what it is, but the light is magnificent.

A nice sunny bike ride on a dirt road when I entered the woods suddenly has a giant hail and lightning storm looming. A lone white country house is on the left with dark roiling clouds behind. Right over the hill is where my son met me a minute later to load up the bike as the hail started.

Three #photos today. Saw this pipevine #swallowtail flittering around the backyard and eventually it zeroed in on the #pipevine I planted earlier this spring just for this species (its host plant). Captured it alighting on it then depositing a clutch of #eggs.

A lovely door on Gramercy Park. It's a pretty area, but it's a locked park that people in certain buildings get keys to open. I have rarely, if ever, seen anyone in the park. It's so sad, that there's this beautiful space that never gets used.

They're about 10 stairs going up and each riser has four squares spaced out that are rimmed in black with a black X in the middle. It makes a pattern going up the stairs. The railings are very old style with a heavy black rod iron railing on top with brass fittings. In the foreground on the right at the base of the stairs the stonework curves around and turns into it's own street lamp. It is also black wrought iron. The doors at the top of the stairs are back with a criss cross pattern on the panels. Around the door is more of the ornate stonework in rust and on the left side are some carved rectangles going up the side of the building with plain ones in between. On the right side is the yellowish stone from the brown store next door and the leaves from a tree

Three photo series of the most delightfully weird I've found on my hikes so far 😊

On a mossy rock in the middle of a forest, with no houses anywhere nearby, the top of a bottle was sticking up and when we lifted the bottle there was a little porcelain ballerina inside. How did it get there? Who knows. How long has it been there? Also unknown... but I'm accepting theories 😁
