Streetart. A pretty paste-up of a lady in a rococo dress has been stuck onto a beige-colored park wall. She is wearing a large blonde wig, a blue hair bow and a blue dress with a lavish décolleté. Her cheeks are flushed and she looks up with a strangely twisted gaze. This is also the title: "Rolling eyes". Definitely a pasteup for all occasions.
Info: "L'oreille" is a French street artist who has been pasting up cities with self-designed, cut-out ears with her project "Les murs ont des oreilles" - (The walls have ears) - since around 2018. Recently, the paste-ups have been getting bigger and bigger. Whimsical works of art, full of poetry and humor.

Yesterday I finally found some time and motivation to work on my tavern asset set again... nothing worth sharing yet.

Meanwhile I discovered a very old render of mine. I remember this was like the first scene I had an Idea about what I wanted to express, set it up and was happy with the results. Still remember how I turned this historical map of #paris into a #3D object and used UV mapping for the first time correctly 😁

I find it still holds up today.

My regular running route goes over the Longfellow Bridge into #Boston from Cambridge. And while we have completely fallen in love with #Paris and want to retire there, while Paris is more beautiful than dear, dowdy little Boston in 999 ways out of a thousand, I have to say that the famous Seine is kind of a dinky brown river hemmed in by ugly walls, and the view from the Longfellow is fucking spectacular.

Je vais donner une #conférence sur mon voyage à vélo de Paris à Athènes le jeudi 13 février à 19h, à #Paris.

Une intervention organisée par l'association "Quelques Femmes du Numérique".

This was the moment I fell in love with Paris. What else can you ask for? Beautiful sunset, iconic Eiffel tower in the back drop, being with my love, surrounded by people that are happy and also in love, and the beautiful voice of the performers. Everything is just perfect. If there's ever a perfect moment, I think that was it.

La Tour Eiffel tard dans la nuit

今晩の「世界の何だコレ!? ミステリー」で初めて知った。夜のエッフェル塔の照明に著作権があって、照明点き夜のエッフェル塔の写真は商用目的で無断使用できないらしい。
これは個人のソーシャルメディアだし、深夜で消灯してるから問題ないです。
しかし、どこからでも見える巨大建造物。変な著作が認められてるな。バカみたい。
