Ouvi falar bastante do Black Pantera nos últimos anos e, como sempre, procrastinei a audição. Este foi o primeiro álbum deles que ouvi na íntegra e gostei: bem pesado, bem trabalhado e com vocais em português. Acho que vale a pena explorar a discografia dos caras.

Banda meio "hipster", formada pelo baterista e guitarrista de outra que já acompanho há mais tempo (Victims).

Achei interessante o trocadilho com o nome "A\\VOID" ("avoid" e "void", "evitar" e "vazio").

Mas o que me intrigou foi a descrição do álbum, que cita um opúsculo de Immanuel Kant chamado "Sobre um suposto Direito de Mentir por amor à Humanidade" (Disponível em: https://lusosofia.ubi.pt/textos/kant_sobre_um_suposto_direito_de_mentir.pdf ).

Abaixo, o release do álbum:

"The Terrible Consequences of Telling the Truth According to Immanuel Kant, telling the truth is a duty that is absolute and unconditional: lying contravenes a fundamental principle of morality. The question of telling the truth, and it’s consequences, has posed a moral dilemma since mankind developed the sense of reason.
