finished reading Focused forward 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗
This short, but excellent book is something I will be coming back to time and time again as a reminder of various things I need to keep in mind to support myself and my ADHD. This book isn't a magic cure, it isn't a simple fix, it's a collection of tools for you to spring board off of into your own research, or to revisit (as I plan to) when you need a good reminder of how to help yourself during emotional distress.

#NeoDB ( #Fediverse alternative to #Letterboxd, #Goodreads etc) keeps embetterfying (yes, that's the opposite of enshittifying 😁 ) every day.
Just noticed the new "Recommended for you" section now on the Discover page and... it's pretty good! Except for a couple of kids' animations, all of it sounds interesting (or is stuff I already know I like but haven't logged yet).
I wonder how it's done.
