A Troubling Tail by Laurie Cass and Erin Bennett (Narrator) (2023) is the eleventh book in the Bookmobile Cat mystery series. The local candy shop owner has been murdered and no one can understand why. As far as anyone knew he didn't have an enemy in the world. While Minnie wants to investigate she's also busy juggling her duties with the book mobile, her upcoming wedding, and a book bike that has been built and donated by the board president.

At Death's Dough by Mindy Quigley (2025) is the fifth book in the Deep Dish mystery series. It's the first one not to have an audiobook version and I'll admit to missing Holly Adams's performance.
It's February in Geneva Bay. The snow is thick. The lake is frozen. Delilah O’Leary finds a body while ice fishing. That discovery leads to a story of hidden loot lost during the Prohibition years.

When he isn't there to pick her up she begins to suspect that something is off with this job.

Molly Byrne, a former Disney channel starlet, is found dead of an apparent overdose. Her friend, Rachel, gives up position as a celebrity reporter to investigate the woman's death without being forced to turn it into a sensationalized story.

Buy a Whisker by Sofie Ryan and Marguerite Gavin (Narrator) is the second book in the Second Chance Cat mystery series. Lily Carter, a baker, is found dead in her shop's basement. As she was the one hold out against a redevelopment, it's clear she was probably murdered.

BUT in the https://www.deanstreetpress.co.uk/ edition of "Mystery of Mr Jessop" the intro by Curtis Evans proved an exception. Learning that PGW liked it enough to have Bertie Wooster quote from it from it left me very gruntled 😍
The introductions that DSP gets for most of their books really add a lot of interest and value to the releases. Very well worth it
