J’ai beaucoup de respect pour Steven Spielberg. En voyant toutes les critiques négatives et étant moi-même bon public, je pensais être en capacité de défendre ce film. Il n’en est rien. Je suis arrivé péniblement à la moitié. Je n’irai pas jusqu’au bout. C’est long, c’est lent, on ne comprend pas vraiment l’enjeu d’une course poursuite qui traîne. Les personnages ne sont pas attachants. Bref, c’est extrêmement mauvais. Et comme disent d’autres critiques, il faut savoir s’arrêter au sommet de son art plutôt que de creuser son dernier trou.

I saw this as a Monday Mystery Movie, so I had no idea what I was in for. The worst part about this movie was the premise which colored the universe they inhabited. It really turned me off. And yet, this movie overcame that. I laughed. I cared about the main characters. I liked the way they kept bringing them together and breaking them apart. If the premise doesn't bother you, this is a great romantic comedy.
