I lived in Miami when Andrew hit as a cat 5. We were able to get out so we did. No-brainer.
Many people don’t have the resources to evacuate when these storms hit. But a lot of people stayed put cuz they were told to expect hordes of looters.
RW fear-mongering has come a long way since then. Now it’s FEMA using Jewish space-lasers or whatever.

@GottaLaff Someone needs to contact Biden/Harris and let them know that we're in Central Florida and CANNOT FIND #GASOLINE! How are #Floridians - who were asked (and in some places REQUIRED) to evacuate - supposed to get on the road & stay driving without knowing there's #GAS?
#DeSantis promised they would get it where it needed to be! Hell, the MCO AIRPORT Speedway (7/11) is out of gas!

So, #HurricaneMilton is on the way and how do I kill my time waiting for this sucker? I recompile #FFMPEG 7.1 for all the options I've always wanted to use...but never get to compile correctly. Like libwebp, vidstab, and libbluray!
